Six Resentenced to Death in Libyan AIDS Case

Five Bulgarian nurses and one Palestinian doctor have been charged with the death sentence on claims of infecting 426 Libyan children with the AIDS virus, though independent researchers have stated the infection probably occured before their arrival due to poor hygiene in the hospitals.
