"If someone looks like he could use a meal, be warned: Giving him a sandwich in a Las Vegas park could land you in jail."

as the cold weather approaches (in this state, anyway), i would like to remind you to give freely to a nearby charity for the homeless. hats, scarves, gloves, coats, blankets, anything to help them keep warm.
